All ScrappingMyBunsOff products are electronic downloads.
Currently, ScrappingMyBunsOff.com does not offer a service to deliver downloads on a CD/DVD.
No physical product will be delivered.
Order Reactivation and Downloading Tips
Please download your order as soon as possible after your purchase. For security reasons, all download links become invalid after 7 days. If your link has become invalid and the order is not older than 90 days, please contact us and we will try to reactivate it. But please understand that it might not be possible to reactivate the links, we will try our best but will not guarantee anything. Orders that are older than 90 days will not be reactivated and there is no negotiating of this policy. Once a product has been downloaded, there will be NO REFUNDS!
Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
It is your responsibility to be proactive about properly backing up your purchased files you have downloaded. We strongly recommend burning all products to disc in addition to backing up on an external hard drive if at all possible. If your computer crashes and you have not backed up, we will not be able to provide you with expired download links.
Many of the products on this site are over 10MB in size and we recommend you use a fast, broadband (DSL) internet connection to download with. Please understand that if you use dial up,
it will come with certain risks that you, the customer, will have to assume.
Sometimes during download, a zip file can become corrupted.
There are many reasons for this, the main ones being:
* Interference on your internet connection
* Drop outs on your internet connection
* Use of download acceleration software such as Gozilla and Download Accelerator.
If your zip file is corrupted, please try to download it again before
contacting us.
Also, try downloading just one file at a time and wait a full sixty seconds between each download.
